Garstang to Newby Bridge via Grange-over-Sands

Day 1 - Intro - Cycle
Meet at Garstang Golf club at 08.30am for a full Bike Check before your cycle to Newby Bridge, Cumbria, taking in one of the oldest market towns of Garstang. We will stop off in the centre to take a picture at the Market Cross.
You will continue on from here and head to Catton near Lancaster and have your first coffee and cake stop at Woodie’s snack bar which over-look’s the River Lune.
After your re-fuelling we will then head to Arnside for lunch taking in the quaint villages of Carnforth, Warton and Silverdale.
After lunch you will head for the train station, where you will put your bike on the minibus and catch the train over the estuary to Grange-over-Sands, where you will get your bike back and set off on your final leg to Newby Bridge via Cartmel for dinner and a well-deserved rest.

Day 2 - Canoe
After a good night's rest and great breakfast, you will be taken to Fell Foot on Windermere where you will set off on your voyage to Ambleside, stopping at a few Islands followed by a stop at Bowness for Lunch.
After lunch you will set off on your final paddle to Ambleside calling at the Islands of Snake Holme and Haws Holme then steaming on to a good feed and rest at Ambleside.
After a good night's rest and great breakfast, you will be taken to Fell Foot on Windermere where you will set off on your voyage to Ambleside, stopping at a few Islands followed by a stop at Bowness for Lunch.

Day 3 - Climb
The group will take a short ride to the village of Coniston, where you will start the final leg of your Journey, Climbing the Old Man of Coniston. The walk will start at the church in Coniston near The Ruskin Museum which features the history of Coniston including the story of Donald Campbell’s Bluebird. You will start the climb up the south face up to Levers Water before ascending the north side up to the summit of the Old Man of Coniston. Give yourself a pat on the back for completing this challenge,
