Start and Finish Compound is situated on the Northwest side of the fell on the Starling carpark.
The start of the race will be at 12 noon on the dot.

Event Rules

• You must be in the start area on the hour every hour or you are timed out and DNF't
• If you take food or drink out with you on the course, please bring your rubbish back with you to the finish.
• You have to run the 4.17 mile course unaided, that means no assistance on the course unless it's by a race steward. If you are found to have been assisted on the course you will be DQF, and asked to leave.
• Be respectful of every athlete and race stewards.
• Quiet times are from 22.00hrs to 06.00hrs except for the 5,3,1 min to go whistle.
• On leaving the start and finish compound you must make sure you leave it as you found it, and take all your rubbish to the bins provided at the visitors centre.
